Miramar Beach: soggiorni in bungalow

We stayed for 3.5 months during the winter months. We had everything that we needed in this home. We stayed warm and cozy since it snowed in Destin! Our dog had plenty of room outside. We enjoyed the front screened porch on sunny days. We didn't rent a car so we walked. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the beach was about a block away. When we didn't walk, we took the EC shuttle bus. Molly and Steve were always available if we needed anything and were great hosts! It was easy to use Uber for grocery and food delivery. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Great place for a beach getaway! Tucked away at the end of a private driveway on a quiet, dead-end road, super peaceful and relaxing. The space has a laid-back vibe that younger guests will probably enjoy most, especially with the futon couch, casual furniture setup, and smaller bathroom. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a chill escape near the beach!

This place had everything we needed for my family and I. Great location and walking distance to the beach! My family very much enjoyed their time here and highly recommend this wonderful place! 🏝️

Excellent vacation spot! Everything was wonderful! My husband and I vacationed with our three children (ages 14, 9 & 6) and this place was perfect! The community was nice and quiet along with being very well maintained. The house is just as pictured and was very clean. You can literally stay here and never get back in your vehicle if you desire. The grocery, beach, arcade, shops, ice cream parlor, games for the kids, etc. are all within a very short distance. There’s nice shady places to take walks and the pool is right across the road from the house. The beach is a little golf cart ride away but there is a driving path just for the golf carts so that you do not have to go out on the main road, which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend the less-crowded of the two beach access points. We would highly recommend this house along with it’s hosts. They were very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions along with a list of recommendations!

the place was really awesome, just 5 mins walk to the Bid-a-wee beach, the house is a find! we were there for 3 nights with 2 kids and a dog and had a great time. the proximity to the beach and other attractions really made this a great value deal. Millie was really helpful and responsive with any questions we had. all in all will definitely recommend this property!

Second time staying and it is such a nice place. This time we hit the beach and it is definitely walking distance and beautiful. Shelling is very nice and the house is close to Escape rooms and Dave and Busters! We will absolutely stay again!

It was perfect—a short walk to the beach, clean, and cozy. The host was friendly and responsive, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for another girls trip!

We all enjoyed the home and our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the beaches of Okaloosa Island and Destin without the congestion of either place. One can go to the beach and then get away from all the touristy stuff. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities.

If you've come upon Heather's place And you're debating on whether or not book it for your next family vacation. I can't stress enough do it!!! I ended up extending our stay two separate times and Heather was responsive and more than helpful each time!! Everything was amazing, the ambiance that they have created in the backyard was so welcoming and peaceful,the bar area was so fun for the whole family to hang out, watch TV and sit by the fire, she has absolutely thought of everything that you could possibly need! There are 2 outdoor showers which I just y'all you I never want to shower indoors again now and my daughter said the same thing lol! You don't even need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash, she had made sure to provide all these items in each of the four showers on the property! If there was an option to give a hundred stars for this property than I would, my family has already asked when we can go back to Heather's again! SHE ALWAYS RESPONDS!!!

Pleasant unit in a quiet community of bungalows with ample open parking and a convenient walking distance to a public beach access point

Michelle's adorable cottage was so clean, easy to keep clean and very comfortable. We liked the outdoor space, just shady enough to enjoy all day. The triple bunks in the small bunk room were a blast for our 6-year-old grandson. May St and the neighborhood are so laid back and quiet. We liked biking down the gravel road to the beach. The Greenway shops offer up good coffee (Turbo), a quick walk or bike away. The neatly coiled hose and sprayer by the front door meant we could wash our sandy feet. We hope to be back! Thank you!

We visit Destin for spring break and so far this place has been my favorite. It’s between Destin and Navarre so you have options. The house itself is very modern and comfortable. It feels very at home and gives beach vibes. I like how they made it dog friendly as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the extra touches with the beach equipment (especially the wagon) were very much appreciated. I got the best sleep ever in the king sized bed and the shower made me not even want to get out. I appreciated the hosts responsiveness. Even we were traveling all day and hadn’t reached out yet I love that he did just make sure everything was okay. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back in the summer!
