Das 2019 total renovierte Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild Sat TV und Netflix Zugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine separate Toilette. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.
