We love to share our beach condo, and its greatest asset is its location. You can see and hear the waves crashing, with nothing obstructing the view. There are lovely grounds for playing or grilling, & a nice pool. The condo is between Fort Macon & central Atlantic Beach. The NC Aquarium, Morehead City, & Beaufort are nearby. Emerald Isle & Swansboro also aren’t too far. Harker’s Island & Cape Lookout are fun excursions. And for a major day trip, you can take the Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke.

Sip coffee to beautiful NC sunrises on the wrap-around deck surrounded by large palm trees, & listen to crashing waves in the distance. Later, venture over to the beach access across the street, to the sound for fishing, or rent your kayak & SUP (seasonally). Indulge in breathtaking sunsets as you admire glimpses of the water from the back deck or venture out to enjoy delicious local seafood & other local favorites. The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
