Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

Adventure awaits you from this 4 season home with close access to white water rafting, cross country skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. The groomed snowmobile trail which connects to thousands of miles of ITS is 150 yards from the property. Pellet stove is a great feature to relax by after adventuring.

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, with queen beds, 3 tvs, wifi and a washer and dryer. Arrive with your ATV or snowmobile and leave from here without ever having to trailer anywhere. If you are in the area to visit Baxter State Park we are a short drive to the park entrance. Explore the remote woods and come back to all the amenities you will need with a fully stocked kitchen and all full size appliances. If your pet is traveling with we we have a fully fenced in back lawn with a patio set.

Short Walk to the New England Outdoor Center and River Drivers restaurant. A little longer walk or drive aprox 1 mile to knife edge brewery or Fredricka’s restaurant.

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
