Quiet residential neighborhood close to East Nashville restaurants/retail. My grandparents bought this home new in 1954 and it’s been my home since 2010. Many original features remain, others have been updated (stainless appliances including dishwasher, for example). Large living/dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Driveway for up to 4 cars. Guests have private access to full main floor of home (I travel often and will not be on site during your stay). Valid STR Permit.

This home is one of three located on Greenbrier lake, a small 15 acre lake with plenty of wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back covered deck. Feel free to fish along the bank or from kayaks/john boat provided! Nights can be spent enjoying a dip in the hot tub or around the fire pit at the water's edge. The perfect relaxation getaway!
