We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Includes on-site parking, cozy queen bed, laundry, wifi, smart TV, safe storage, coffee/tea, and mini-fridge in an absolutely beautiful, serene setting.

Please note, it’s definitely not for cooking meals.

Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Rose Cottage Private room/bath with own entrance

Downstairs suite in lovely Mill Valley home just steps to the Outdoor Art Club, Sweetwater Music Hall, Sequoia Theater, and all downtown Mill Valley has to offer. Use this as your base as you explore the trails on Mt Tam or hike the Dipsea. An ideal location if you are attending an event in Mill Valley. Park your car and walk everywhere. The private entrance is up stairs from the street, not wheelchair accessible. No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed on premises.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

Just a stones-throw away from all the fun and excitement of the downtown square. The best restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, clothing boutiques and movie theatre are all just outside your front door! Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music and Mt. Tamalpais trails. Enjoy hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, a sparkling bathtub and high-speed internet.
