There is internet access and also has ROKU that you can access Netflix and other streaming channels

With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!

T&D’s Riverfront Getaway. Getaway from it all!

You will have a furnished single bedroom apartment in the lower part of our home. It has a private entrance with parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a huge yard for relaxing or we are on the Androscoggin River for fishing, kayaking or tubing. We are conveniently located only 3 miles from the Cedar Pond trail system parking allows for offroad adventures abound. Hikers will also enjoy this convenient location as we are only 30 minutes from Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

Androscoggin Annex *2/3 bed 2 bath with large yard

Androscoggin Annex is a 2/3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in the Berlin Mills/Heritage Park area with a view of the beautiful Androscoggin River and Mahoosuc Mountains of Maine. The home can accommodate 8 guests. There is ample parking for your trucks and trailers. Ride to Jericho Park and points north from the driveway. Within 1 hour to Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, and 25 minutes to Wildcat. Great location for a hikers basecamp. We are a short drive to numerous hiking trails.

Enjoy the feel of glamping while having all that you need from a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, washing machine and drier, Wi-Fi, TV and more! Located 1.5 miles from Jericho Mountain State Park, it's the perfect base camp for your adventure. ATV/SXS right from the house, or trailer your snowmobiles right down the road. After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

Camp Ursus rustic and peaceful

One room cabin with all the necessities. At initial entrance, you are in the screened in porch. This offers your firewood close to carry, many cozy chairs to lounge, and a get away from the summer bugs. Camp door is locked with a coded lock. Upon entry of camp you will be met with a welcoming home like feel. The only thing you will need are drinking water and sleeping bags. Bunks are fitted with clean linens. Come! Come enjoy camp living! NOTE: outhouse for bathroom duties. :)
