Our summer house overlooking the picturesque harbor of Piso Livadi, with uninterrupted seaview. Complete with two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor, as well as the main sitting area, the kitchen and the second bathroom on the ground floor. 300m from the harbor, where you will find small markets, restaurants, small bars and all day coffee shops. 300m as well from Logaras beach, which is ideal for swimming, complete with beach bars and restaurants as well. Ideal for families.

Villa Haritomeni, 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
