It is a village house, in a quiet village. The neighbors and people of the town know each other. The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. The terraced house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. In the first one is the night area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite in a room. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. Its dry stone walls are warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating.

Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
