Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

The home was fantastic. We were able to commute to both of our projects easily. It was very peaceful and clean. The living room was amazing and spacious. The beds were more comfortable than a 5 star hotel. All of the linens and towels were amazing and we were able to use a fully equipped kitchen which is a major selling point for me. No clutter, very spacious, very clean. Thank you for a amazing stay.

As usual or stay at Rodney’s was fabulous. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay. He’s a great host. We will be back.

Nice big home with nice big beds. The sectional couch was so comfy. We have been on a long roadtrip from CA to Louisiana and back. This home was fantastic for us and our 2small dogs. Nice big back yard and screen enclosed back porch. We needed a “home” like break and this was perfect.

Jamey was an incredible host!! Best experience ever! He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate his support and hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark’s place. It was comfortable and well appointed, and waking every morning to the beautiful gardens was a delight! Mark truly makes you feel like a valued guest in his home. We loved learning about their journey to renovate the historic home through words and pictures via the photo albums on the table. Thoughtful amenities such as water and sodas in the fridge and home made pumpkin bread made us feel at home. We will definitely be renting again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Safe and quiet! Beautiful garden and super friendly and great conversation! If ever back in the area we will be staying here again!

We had a peaceful stay. Everyone in the area were friendly. It even snowed a bit. Highly recommend if you need an extended stay.

I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was as well as how friendly and accommodating Stephanie is! Our needs were exceeded by her willingness and ability to help during a stressful time! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!! Her place is well organized, clean, safe, quiet and most of all comfortable! The bed is Amazing! I haven’t slept that well in some time! The house is central to downtown and all attractions that Memphis has to offer… The stay is highly recommended and worth every dollar spent! The neighborhood is peaceful and secure while grocery shopping is a short couple minute drive. Great vacation stay!

What a great spot - close to Beale Street, but with nightlife nearby. We selected this in town as we wanted to be able to use the trolley or walk. Even with the trolley not operational we were able to easily walk to major attractions and restaurants, including Beale Street, Peabody Hotel, National Civil Rights Museum, etc. We were surprised by how quite the area was being in town! Very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, living room and bedrooms were spacious. Bathroom was fine for the 4 of us. The back stairs are the best for getting luggage up to the second floor. Careful on the front stairs as you could hit your head on the way up. Otherwise the perfect spot for our days in Memphis!

I’ve been to Airbnb’s all over the US and Europe and by far this was one of my favorites! Everything was perfect the location was close to all the attractions (most walkable) ! The place was spotless and filled with everything we could ask for or need to make our stay stress free!! I HIGHLY recommend a stay here ! We were very impressed and happy with our stay

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1-week stay while working at the Orpheum Theatre. The location was within walking distance to work and nearby conveniences, the property felt secure, and the space was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We were bummed to leave when the week was over!

The location of the place was perfect for our trip. We could walk to many nearby attractions or take a short drive. Jason was easy to work with and kept us in the loop.
