Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The house was clean and comfortable. Nice location and affordable. Sylvia and Julia were easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful place! She had everything we would’ve ever needed. Very peaceful area and Bunnie was a great host. She very responsive and made sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely be booking again when we return to Memphis any other time.

This was a wonderful home in a great location, and the host was super responsive and helpful. This airbnb was spotless - probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped which was very helpful as we needed to make several meals at home. There were plenty of towels and nice toiletries as well. The attached garage was easy to access and very convenient. This was a wonderful home away from home.

The home was fantastic. We were able to commute to both of our projects easily. It was very peaceful and clean. The living room was amazing and spacious. The beds were more comfortable than a 5 star hotel. All of the linens and towels were amazing and we were able to use a fully equipped kitchen which is a major selling point for me. No clutter, very spacious, very clean. Thank you for a amazing stay.

I really can't say enough about how gracious and kind Gabe was to my family and me. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean. Gabe responded to any message I sent timely. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this host.

Island Vibe at Harbor Town was very comfortable, clean, and dog friendly. The home is located approximately half mile from Greenbelt Park, easy walking with your pet with a beautiful walk along the Mississippi River. Amenities available in the home, nice linens, water, coffee pods, etc. Cuile is a wonderful host, responsive to questions, concerns. Would definitely recommend this location.

This is our second time to stay with April and we loved it just as much this time!

I travel a lot, and this is one of the cleanest and most charming air bnb's I've ever stayed in. I was only there a couple of nights, but it felt like home and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It's nicely decorated without feeling cluttered. It's updated, while still retaining the original historic character of the home. The kitchen was well stocked, nice toiletries in the bath ... all the basics, plus some thoughtful extras like make-up wipes and premium coffee pods. The bed I slept it was very comfortable. My only issue was that the television only worked part of the time as there was a disconnect with the internet issue, which the owner has agreed to address right away. Would definitely stay again.

We were recently in Memphis on vacation and we stayed at Cuile’s place. We really enjoyed staying here. Cuile’s place was centrally located in mid-town Memphis. It offers convenient access to a lot of mid-town venues and is a short distance from downtown as well. The place was really quiet and not very noisy. The neighbors were not loud either. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it’s located beside of an assisted living/nursing facility. The place was very clean and spacious and well worth the money paid. Cuile and the co-hosts were all very kind and responsive and answered my questions. They also checked in on us to make sure we were able to check in and check out successfully, etc. When we return to Memphis, we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place! Well worth it!

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was fine, from communication to check-out. The accommodation looks just like in the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and, above all, safe. The only thing I would point out is that the floor of the house hadn’t been cleaned, although everything else was clean. The pedestrian gate is a bit difficult to open; we had some trouble with it because it’s old and worn out.

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

if you are reading this review & looking to book just go ahead and book! 10/10 i will recommend and definitely keep this place in mind when visiting memphis again! very helpful communicating host!
