We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Relax in our peaceful first-floor, three-bedroom flat in a quiet southwest Edinburgh neighborhood. Well connected by bus to the city center, train stations, Murrayfield Stadium and the airport, with lovely walks to Craiglockhart Hill and the canal path nearby. Ideal for families, our home is child-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen for a true home-from-home stay. This is our full-time family home, so personal belongings are present.

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
