Built in 2024, the house has modern facilities, a well equipped kitchen and high speed fiber optics internet. You can check in easily with the smart lock on check in day. There are parks and playgrounds for kids on both sides of the house. The rooms are comfortable, & well furnished with natural lights and a bathtub in the bathroom suitable for kids.

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. Local restaurants, historic hotels within walking distance . 70 metres of cottage living, perfect for visitors moving through the town to the airports or enjoying beautiful Guildford. Public transport to airport and city. My family plus an elderly cat live next door.

Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
