Bethany’s place at Ocean Grove/Neptune Township was awesome! This was a last minute thing and she was very flexible, understood the situation that we were going through as the previous host in Manahawkin, NJ dropped the ball on me & my family on the same day of the check-in. Her home was more than what we expected, we held our small Wedding Ceremony outside the very next day on her property. I would definitely come back again at this very location and/or other properties. Bethany replies to you promptly, she is friendly, welcoming, treats you with kindness, professionalism and respect. Truly the best the host so far and trying out AirBnB for the first time.

Having grown up in the area I am very selective as to where I want my family to stay when we come back to visit. Diane’s home was outstanding. Perfect place for me and my kids. 2 minute walk to beach but less noise being off Ocean Avenue at night . Bradley Beach is a quieter town (has the best restaurant in the whole area- Skratch Kitchen and the best bakery- Del Ponte’s- cannoli every morning by 7am) but you can get to thumping Asbury Park in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on a bike. Diane’s home was really comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs (that actually work, not seen all the time) and badges. Plenty of supplies in the house as well. It’s really nice having a basement source for an escape either way couch and shower. The three floors give everyone a place to hang in their own space. Diane is super responsive and will address any issue immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again next time.

Our stay was perfect! My friends and I came for the Asbury St. Patrick’s Parade and our stay was perfect location for what we wanted. Super comfortable beds and had all of the essentials we needed for our night stay!

This is a lovely sized property nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Princeton. The property itself has everything you need and would make a great staycation for large families and friends. Anvita and Shreya were extremely polite and friendly and very helpful in addressing our queries. Both made clear effort in ensuring our stay was pleasent and comfortable. I would recommend staying here as it's local to BAPS Akshardham, Robbinsville (30 mins easy drive) and Princeton University (10 mins).

Great place especially with young kids

The home is lovely. Furnishings are in great condition; beds are very comfortable. Did not have to leave the house once we arrived (of course we brought food) as everything you need is there! I highly recommend the home not only for the excellent condition but the location is superb as well.

Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

We were in Asbury for work and Brooke’s place was perfect. Having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the duplex gave privacy but the place has a huge living room, nice sized kitchen and dining room as well. It’s walking distance to the beach but we didn’t get there because of work. Street parking was easy and it’s a quiet location but close to restaurants.

It was a beautiful stay. Everything was perfect the location was safe. The host was really nice.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Would definitely return!! Such an amazing and cozy stay. Alphonse had every toiletry you could think of! Super accommodating and he was a very responsive host!

Nice place to stay just as it was announced

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Beautiful home, great location!! Very clean and my kids loved the loft area.. Close to Lavallette shopping and beaches, as well as a short drive to the Seaside boardwalk. Very responsive host, highly recommended staying here!! Will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Michael. He was absolutely the best host I have ever had! Michael was super helpful, detail oriented and provided a thorough recommendation list in the area. The place was everything I expected and more. It was the perfect location with all the amenities that I needed. The house felt fresh, new and very cozy. It is exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely rent from Michael again if I am visiting the area.

We loved our weekend getaway at Beech Hollow Farms!! Guilange was an amazing host - super thoughtful and made the place feel like a home, with everything we needed and more. We brought our dog (first vacation) and she had the best time exploring the property! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, home away from home spot! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le chalet de Teresa. Le chalet était très propre, bien rangé et super bien équipé. L’emplacement était aussi très bien. Nous étions près de la plage et l’endroit était tranquile.

It is a very accurate description. Photos are representative. This is a narrow, compact bungalow, yet we fond it to be ample space. Sure it’s a smaller bathroom, but it’s the style house. We didn’t find it to be any problem at all. Again, photos are representative. The location during our stay (mid September) was very quiet. It’s a hop over to the beach. We felt safe. It’s nice to have a little driveway spot too and one floor, no stairs makes it easy! There were 3 of us, so quite comfy. Larger groups might need more space, but there are some open and usable spots - such as front porch area with the futon like couch. We found it to be clean, no issues. The back patio is nice too. If there was any critique, it would be that there’s not a lot of seating to be inside for chatting or tv. There’s a loveseat in the back by the tv, we took in a patio chair - for us no big deal. Overall, we will return and the host, Karleen, was so helpful and quickly (super fast) responds. 5 stars from us ❤️

We really enjoyed the stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect supplies needed that sometimes you don’t have. Well stocked with towels and supplies. Spotless clean, private and very efficient for my family and pet. Gina was very responsive and we will def be staying here again. Great place.
