Museums, colleges, Fenway Park, TD Garden, the Common, Harvard Square, Faneuil Hall, Cape Cod, Salem, the Convention Center, Boston Harbor and cruise ship terminals are many of the places you can visit. We are also a 15 min walk to the local beaches. Although the place can sleep 6, we only allow 4 guests unless arrangements are made with host.

The apartment is part of a beautiful Victorian-style house with classic architectural charm and rich history. Your space is completely private and includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a beautiful private backyard. The entire apartment and backyard were recently renovated and updated in 2026.

The Art Experience

The Art House at the Ellison Building was built in 1878. This unit was renovated in 2004 and 2022. It is walking distance to both Freeman lake beach and also a boat launch for the Merrimack River. It's situated between Lowell and Nashua NH. 40 minute drive to Boston or Manchester. This 2 bedroom condo was renovated by artist/architect Daniel Forcier. All of the artwork hanging is for sale and Daniel has his art studio on site where classes are available for the complete art experience.
