The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.
