The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

See location for list. Also close to the Grand Western Canal, which provides a great place to cycle, walk or canoe. Blackdown Hills and coast is only a 35 minute drive away. Great place to enjoy beaches and moors. Continental breakfast provided.

Our self-contained annexe is located in a secluded valley in the heart of Devon and enjoys views of the countryside from every aspect. We have a large garden to enjoy during your stay. The Two Moors Way and The Devon Heartland Way go right past our property. Please be aware that our house is located in a very rural location and the access to it is down a very narrow country lane.
