Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. Hosts were friendly and kept us up to date if they need to. Instructions, and helpful guides were given. Can’t recommend this place and hosts enough. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Roberts Family

The place was amazing!! Very private, great responses from Kevin and his daughter Jasmine they were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and lots of storage if you are planning to stay for a week/longer. We will definitely be coming again. The hot tub was a bonus and explained very clearly how to use it! Super flexible check in time!

We loved our stay. Matthew was so helpful when we couldn’t work out how to use the hoist and came straight away. A really beautiful house perfect for our family gathering, and accommodated all my Dad’s needs in a wheelchair. It has been lovingly built. Nice and warm. Even had toys for the children to play with, and they loved the bunk beds. Beautiful place and if we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay again. Great base to explore locally, and also day trips to Exeter, Weymouth and RHS Rosemoor. Thank you Matthew!

We were welcomed on arrival by Deborah's husband Doug. Deborah had kindly left us milk in the fridge and something sweet to have with our first cup of tea. The property itself was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay and the heating, which we needed a couple of mornings, was easy to use and warmed up quickly. There was a problem with connecting to the WiFi which Doug rectified quickly. The location was very good for walking the Exe Coast Path and was about a mile from the town centre and a mile and a half to the beach. The property is on a busy road so care needs to be taken when pulling on and off the drive, but there is no road noise in the bungalow. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Amazing house, with beautiful scenery; photos don’t do it justice. Samantha was always quick to answer any questions and as a birthday surprise on arrival, had put up banners/balloons which I’d posted to her. There’s everything you can think of/need at the house and the hot tub was an added bonus; we went in every day! Would highly recommend and would love to return one day!

Lovely get away — picture perfect views! We loved every moment of this trip together, tucked away in the country Odle farm is a sweet escape with lots of attractions in all directions. Bird watching in the morning and stargazing at night, a routine we naturally developed. Stunning all around! We had everything we needed from the start with lovely touches like fresh flowers and a welcome pack on our arrival. A big comfy bed, hot tub, walk-in shower and reclining chairs made living here very easy. Karen was friendly when she greeted us and was great with communication. Would recommend this cottage to couples who need an escape from the monotonous! Thank you for having us! A minor note — the wifi was unreliable sometimes, this wouldn’t oppose much of an issue for the general user.

Good overall accomodation and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly how described and was really clean. Great location easy walking distance to the town.Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Helen.
