Nestled on an old overgrown apple orchard A unique experience that blends comfort and nature, this spacious pine yurt offers a fully applianced kitchen, a cozy interior, 2 bedrooms, & WiFi, imagine sipping coffee on the deck, starlit evenings by the fire pit, and lots of fresh air. With local farms and hiking trails nearby, this luxury yurt is the ideal base for outdoor adventures.

Wild Acres Yurt on 36 acres.

This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

Mongolian Yurt on Chebeague Island

Experience the magic of an authentic Mongolian yurt. The yurt is exquisitely charming, nestled in a private clearing in the woods. From this central location, explore island beaches and wooded island trails. Outdoor fire pit & firewood. Solar dome fans for summer, heater for cool weather. Solar lights inside and out, beefy battery for electronics. Fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: stovetop, fridge, sink, water. Host will provide transport from the ferry to/from the yurt.

Old Acadia Ranger Yurt at Long Pond

Newly Constructed. Old Acadia Ranger Yurt, a 25 ft. Yurt nestled in the pine and maple forest 1/4 mile from Long Pond and Acadia National Park hiking trails. New construction includes a full bath with a large walk-in shower, kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dinette table w/ seating. Bedding includes, 1 Queen sized bed, 1-fold down double couch, Queen bed in loft, and 1 rollaway cot. Towels and bedding provided. Four (4) guests only (no exceptions). Pets are not permitted.

Tree Yurt

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND GLAMPING close to Portland. Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. We do provide water for colder months. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private :)

Fox’s Hollow at The Howling Woods

Our Yurt is hand made. Every log was peeled and split to create the initial lattice work. The inside is sheethed in thin plywood & painted which gives it a more homey feel than a typical rubbery tarp covered yurt. :) There is a large domed skylight at the center to let in the sunlight. You can also crank open the hexagon window to let in fresh air. Inside you’ll find a lofted double bed & extra blankets & a futon mattress for larger parties. The kitchenette is great for basic cooking.

Farm stay in a cozy yurt

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! The yurt has a full bed. It has electricity for lights and a hot plate. Pots, pans and utensils are available. The compost toilets are in the back. There is no running water inside but we provide a drinking fountain and foot pump sink. An outdoor shower is available near our house. The distance between parking and the yurt is about 150 yards. Petting goats or sheep available. .
