Our little town has much to offer, kayak the river or play golf, swim or boat at near by Mississinewa reservoir, biking/walking trails. Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

Mugivan Manor Studio Apartment

Enjoy your stay in the old servants quarters of the manor built by circus owner Jeremiah Mugivan. This completely remodeled upstairs apartment with kitchenette is located in the carriage house. This studio apartment has a queen bed with full walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. One block from downtown- walking distance to several restaurants, Museum, boutique shopping and coffee shops.

Grateful Earth Farm Guest House

Grateful Earth Farm Guest House is on a third generation farm which has the original Arts and Crafts home and barn. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
