Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Close to Bordeaux (1 hour), castles (Duras, Bridoire, Biron, etc.), Bastides (Eymet, Issigeac, etc.), numerous outdoor activities in the heart of Périgord (canoeing on the Dordogne, treetop adventures, hiking, etc.)

Dans un environnement rural, ce logement indépendant est situé à 4 km d'un village avec des commerces de première nécessité, un cabinet médical et une pharmacie. Le logement bénéficie de nombreux équipements et nous mettons à disposition au besoin notre lave linge, notre sèche linge et un lit pour bébé. Nous espérons vous satisfaire grâce à un cadre calme avec vue sur les vignes et bois environnants. Nous vous renseignerons également avec plaisir sur notre beau département.

House or room close to plum village Upper Hamlet

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

Idyllic Retreat, Home, Gardens, Terraces & Pool

Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

Situé en extrémité d'une longère en pierre typique de l'entre deux mers, sans vis à vis, cette maison de campagne vous offre un panorama sur les prairies entourant le petit hameau de trois maisons. Le logement est un ancien gîte rural fraîchement remis au goût du jour pour la location Airbnb, avec l'ajout d'une petite piscine creusée. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour l'ambiance, les espaces extérieurs, la luminosité et le lit confortable. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les familles (avec enfants). les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires.
