The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! With a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the house is built on a hillside overlooking the quiet and majestic Mermejita Beach and is completely surrounded by nature, which makes it an exceptional refuge. It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

Hermosa ubicación en la laguna, serena y alejada el movimiento de la ciudad. A pocos minutos manejando del centro de Bacalar. El espacio en la laguna es pacífico y privado de otras propiedades. En la propiedad hay otras dos unidades, con quienes se comparte el acceso a la laguna. En el área de la laguna hay un muelle y dos terrazas, ofreciendo suficiente espacio para nuestros huéspedes.
