Welcome to Shore Break on 28th

Shore Break on 28th is located on North 28th Street just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. It is a 3 bed 2 bath house that will sleep 10. The master has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin over full bunk beds. It is all on one level, so it has no STAIRS and has its own private fenced backyard. We are within walking distance to Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, Mexico Beach Sweets and Mango Marley's. There is plenty of parking for you and your boat.

Sea Turtle Cottage is located just steps away from the sugary white sand of St. Joe Beach! This beach cottage has unobstructed ocean views and is directly across from the Public Beach access. Cool ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets help you unwind and relax. Enjoy a day at the beach or explore shopping in Port St Joe or Apalachicola. The Gulfs best fishing is directly off our shores. Great local seafood is available year round. Just 35 minutes to Panama City or Cape San Blas.

Teal Breeze, your beach escape

Teal Breeze is completely rebuilt and remodeled. This spacious 2 bedroom home away from home is decorated in calming beach colors, with comfortable beds and everything you need for your escape to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals, and you’re just a short walk to Mango Marleys if you don’t feel like cooking, or Shell Shack for fresh fish and steamed shrimp. Just 400 steps to the prettiest sugar sand beach in the panhandle!

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

It is 2 blocks from the beach, a easy 5 min walk or short bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities such as bikes (including two ELECTRIC bikes), 2 paddle boards, and a 6-seater golf cart all included!
