Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

The house is just a minutes walk from the charming local pub. Northrepps is perfectly situated for both glorious walks on Overstrand beach and exploring the nearby seaside town of Cromer. The house has recently had a beautiful modern makeover, it is the perfect place to leave your worries behind and completely unwind.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. A newly renovated detached barn, offering a super king bed, stylish kitchen, living space and ensuite with all the facilities you'll need for a relaxing break. Hin Barn comes with a hot tub in it's own private fully enclosed suntrap of a garden! Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This property also has private parking and is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from Cromer seafront and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station.

The old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.
