Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

The cabin is a 3 min drive to Wenatchee river, 3 min to Plain, 25 min to Leavenworth, and 35 min to Stevens Pass. Close to skiing, hiking, climbing, rivers and lakes. The cabin is set in a woodsy neighborhood but is not secluded. The bedroom is one open loft with 3 beds. The Cedar hot tub is accessed by a walking path outside and is not secluded. There is public hunting Areas nearby. The area is popular for fishing(Conconully state park is about 10 Miles away, as well as many other lakes) the swimming is AMAZING! Plenty of sunshine. Cabin is on 20 acres, owners live on adjacent 44 acres. Lots of privacy for guests and the hosts. No cleaning fee or chore list.
