It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Très belle vue sur la baie de NAVARINO depuis la terrasse de 4mX8m, piscine de 3m X 3m.(Non sécurisée) L’appartement construit en 2022, tout le confort, double vitrage, climatisation, ventilation mécanique, wc japonnais. Commerces et place principale à 10 mn à pieds. Baignade dans la magnifique baie de Pylos à 15mn à pieds. Nombreuses plages à moins de 30mn en voiture. Golf international de NAVARINO à 20 mn.

This apartment is in the center of the city, close to the harbor, the commercial center and the old town. You can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are highly recommended). A bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk. You will love this accommodation due to its location and its large terrace with 360 views. Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι).
