For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La struttura si trova nella frazione di Catignano a Gambassi Terme, a pochi chilometri da San Gimignano. La casa è immersa in un’oasi protetta, circondata da un bellissimo parco privato con ulivi, laghetto, pineta e bosco, dove è possibile passeggiare, rilassarsi e gustare i piaceri della natura selvaggia. E' divisa in due appartamenti: uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano, diteci la vostra preferenza quando prenotate! Siamo nel cuore della Toscana: immersi nella natura, ma vicino a tutte le città più belle come Firenze e Pisa!

Beautiful house with stunning views of Camaiore

A beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom house near the charming, historic town of Camaiore. The house is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with stunning views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.

Borgometato - Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

Un casolare, un luogo ideale per chi, pur scegliendo le opportunità e la tranquillità della montagna, desidera frequentare e conoscere la Versilia e le attrattive della Toscana. La casa è collocata a Melo, un luogo poco distante dal paese Pruno raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi o in un attimo disponendo di una auto 4x4 o più alta del normale in grado di percorrere un sentiero non asfaltato.

Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !

casa vacanze "le casette"

La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.

Il Casalino e' un delizioso casale sulle colline di Camaiore. Pur essendo vicinissimo al paese ed ai servizi, la casa si trova nella privacy piu' totale. Sembra di essere in una piccola oasi incantata dove tutte le comodita' e tutti gli angoli sono perfettamente studiati e curati per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.
