Espaço situado em zona bastante tranquila e central na Serra Del Rei, Peniche, luminoso e acolhedor, caracterizado pelas paredes pedra natural. Sala com sofá e tv, Salamandra a Pellets, Cozinha com placa, forno, frigorifico, maquina de café. Quarto casa com estore e roupeiro. Wc com duche e maquina de lavar roupa, tábua de passar e ferro de engomar. No piso superior pequeno hall com sofá, um quarto com 2 camas solteiro e wc com duche-.
