This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.
