The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).

The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!
