This bungalow is absolutely the coziest! The layout is charming, and the home is adorable—very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My kids and I loved being greeted by Alice on the front porch every day—she’s the sweetest and friendliest dog ever! All the animals at the ranch are so people-friendly, especially BoMama the donkey, who quickly became a favorite. We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to stay at this peaceful and beautiful Airbnb. Barb and David are truly amazing hosts—so kind, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely ranch. My kids can’t stop talking about Alice and are already asking when we can come back!

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

Book it! Perfect Day Getaway is the perfect name for this gem - it will not disappoint. The place is thoughtfully done, with a great use of space and amenities; nothing is lacking. Truly feel hosted and at home. Beautiful view, very clean (coming from someone who has high standards for cleanliness!), spacious, great outdoor space, friendly animals - I really cannot say enough about it. The images provided are spot on and the hosts are wonderful!

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

Great “home” away from home. Good communication with owners. Very convenient proximity to nice places to walk to in downtown GJ. Lovely backyard that is very relaxing. Comfy beds, and AC in the bedrooms is nice for warmer nights.

What a gorgeous place surrounded by palisades, vineyards, and mountains. The house itself was very beautiful and comfortable. We loved everything about it! Thank you to the hosts for great recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and hiking!

This place is magnificent! Exactly as pictured. We were a party of 11 in town for a wedding and the place is so spacious you never felt like you were on top of each other. Dog friendly. Amazing saltwater pool. Giant kitchen was stocked well. Very tastefully decorated! Plenty of pillows, blankets, closet space. Nicole was SUPER responsive and very easy to work with. Party-friendly ABnBs are not easy to come by and she was great about the planning and reasonable cost per head over in LITERALLY the perfect space. Convenient to everywhere. Worth every penny we spent.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Stephen's and Mai's! The hosts are incredibly nice, helpful, and very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well laid out, roomy, and comfortable. The entire property is stunning, truly backs to the monument, and the outdoor activities are great. We absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to return in the future!

Very nice accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kevin was very quick in responding to communications. I enjoyed all the extra touches that made this truly feel like a slice of Mexico!

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!

What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

I ran this place out to do a leadership meeting weekend for our ministry. The place was perfect. We had 14 men so some of us had to sleep on couches. The kitchen was stocked full of all different kinds of cooking tools and the house was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and checkout was very self-explanatory and extremely easy also. Recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Camp 7 was perfect for an ideal quiet getaway after the busy holidays. The cabin had thoughtful details at every turn. We cooked some delicious meals and the kitchen was fully stocked and then some! The layout of the cabin provided a great place to play games and relax and read throughout the stay. Thanks for the wonderful time. We hope to be back again soon.

Place had lots of room ,clean and comfy . Backyard games after a few drinks were also fun . Picked up Pizza and ate at the brewery with live music which was nice .

Patricia was a great host and was very responsive. We arrived a little earlier than planned, and she allowed us to check in early after a long night of driving, so that was very nice of her and helpful for us.

This property is ran by the nicest family I have ever come across in general. I have never felt so welcome at any other place I’ve stayed at, I’m going to have a hard time renting anything else ever again, it’s going to be really hard to top them! Super responsive as well with any issues and they fix the problem immediately no matter the time of day! Also located around some of the nicest neighbors and beautiful Mountain Views all around. I’m going to really miss this place, wish I’d never have to leave.

We had a delightful 3 day stay. The cabin has so many treasured details . The town and area were fun to explore I would love to know the history of the cabin
