Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. We’ve spent the last 6 months falling in love with the character of this sweet, sweet space and have updated it ever so slightly to make it a perfect place for guests. We’re so excited to share this project with you & hope to create memories for years to come.

Historic University Heights neighborhood is the location of this unique guesthouse adjacent to the host's home with it's own separate entry patio & parking. Short walk to Four Peaks brewery and Infusion Coffee. Sunny's Diner just 1/2 mile. Nearby grocers are Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target.. Tempe Marketplace mall is a mile away. Free city shuttle and light rail train (goes thru Sky Harbor airport) are a four minute walk away. Close to 202,101 & 60 freeways. ASU is less than a mile.

Sonoran Oasis

Relax and unwind in this oasis in the desert uplands of Mesa. This is a guest apartment attached to the main house on a 1 acre property. It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

We offer a fully furnished 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, living room area with a TV, futon which could sleep 1, full kitchen (no dishwasher). It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away.
