Here you will find yourself immersed into the sounds of nature and the serenity of the area. The house is located 450 m from the beach and free tennis courts. The surrounding area is famous for its wineries and hot springs. The Merricks general store and Balnaring shopping centre are a short drive where you will find shops, restaurants & cafes.

With only a 200 metre stroll to Balnarring Beach, this two-bedroom attached cottage is perfect for a family holiday, only an hour’s drive from Melbourne to enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Marmaduke Cottage provides an open plan living room – modern kitchenette, with split system, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
