Margarita est une hôte très prévenante. Tout est prévu pour nous faire passer un excellent moment et la maison est fabuleuse ! Propre, très cosy et vraiment très bien située ! Margarita m'avait prévenue qu'à cette époque de l'année, de nombreuses tavernes seraient fermées mais on a eu la chance d'avoir la taverne du vassalia (la plus proche du logement) qui était ouverte et l'accueil était vraiment top ! Tous les conseils de visite du guide de Margarita sont également très précieux ! Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Located above Agios Ioannis, a lovely beach, Makis’s place is a 10 minute ride from Livadi port. The house is tastefully furnished in the Cycladic style with a wonderful outside space perfect for gazing at the bay below and the stars above in the evening. The home is clean, quiet and conveniently located to explore The rest of Serifos. Makis is a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Το σπιτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως και στις φωτογραφίες! Όλος ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και άνετος, καθώς η θέα και η πισίνα έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη. Ο Μαριος και η Κατερίνα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι. Επίσης μας έδωσαν χρήσιμες συμβουλές και προτάσεις για το νησί, και ήταν και ευέλικτοι στις ώρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 25 αστέρια. Όλα ήταν καλομελετημένα και εύχρηστα. Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι κι εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα και πέρασαμε ξεκούραστες διακοπές!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Very nice little house. Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Lovely big veranda with a marvellous sea view on both directions. Good price and really good value . The host Marios is most accommodating when it comes to check in and check out times.

Cozy apartment, great location and a rooftop terrace with a view that is second to none! The stairs leading to the apartment aren’t really much of a hassle. Would definitely stay again!

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

Καταπληκτικό! Καθαρό, πολύ μεγάλο κατάλυμα, σε ιδανική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο Λιβάδι και τη θάλασσα αλλά και με ησυχία. Είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα από θέμα παροχών και τρομερό εξοπλισμό για παιδιά! Η αυλή ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! Όσο για τον οικοδεσπότη, πολύ φιλικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας προσφέρει ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία!! Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι! Οι χώροι ακριβώς όπως η περιγραφή! Οι teo & soly φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες!

Truly incredible experience! One of a kind host!!!! I had a really amazing experience at this beautiful villa by the sea on the stunning island of Serifos. I was blown away by the serene atmosphere and breathtaking beauty of the property. The villa is situated only a few meters from the beach and crystal-clear waters, which made every sunrise and sunset a magical experience. The villa is spotless, with every detail thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and relaxation. The space is elegantly designed and equipped with all you need for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt very warm and cozy. Phyllis, the host is simply amazing! From the warm welcome to the personalized support throughout my stay and the attention to my requests, she made the experience even more special! She was always available to answer my questions and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality is second to none, a true example of the Greek spirit. She made me feel truly valued!

Το σπίτι ήταν πιο όμορφο από ότι στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα. Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλή, όλα δίπλα μας και χωρίς να είμαστε μέσα στη βαβούρα του χωριού. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί ως μειονέκτημα είναι ότι το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο είναι λίγο μικρό . Θα εμένα ξανά!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα και την επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Πολύ σωστός χώρος, με ακριβή περιγραφή και επαγγελματικότητα. Χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις. Το συστήνω και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά
