KiVA-Villa offers a spacious apartment (130 sq.m.) on the ground floor of KiVA windmill house that can accommodate up to 4 guests over 14yo (with the option of a 5th one) with magnificent sea-views.The house is situated atop a hill right above KAMPI beach. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

SunSeaSand Studio

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because for the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

In the beautiful beach of "Flambouria" you will have the chance to enjoy your stay in our apartment. It s ideal for family holidays,at a distance of 20 metres from the sea and with a view of Panagia Flabouriani being a jewel on the beach. It provides an air conditioner in the bedroom,a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge and coffeemakers for you to enjoy the mesmerizing sunset in the balcony lounge with a perfect cup of coffee

The ideal vacation destination by the sea. The house is just one kilometer away from Loutra of Kythnos. It is a traditional stoned build property just a breath away from the sea, with an amazing view of the wonderful port of Loutra as wel as cosmopolitan Agia Irini . The fully air conditioned and equipped studio has futhermore a big yard around the house and with this incrediple view is perfect for getaway from the hustle bustle of city life.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
