A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!
