I love staying at Melanie's place. I have stayed there several times. It is on my "go to" list. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from restaurants, park and stores. Melanie is quick to respond to any questions.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Had a great time and busy trip so it was great to come back to such a nice place at the end of the day! Wayne is a great host and super responsive and attentive!

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Nora’s home was lovely, as were the yard and garden. She was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay very much!

This Airbnb was one of the best I have stayed at, and I have been to 30+ in the last 10 years. The house was extremely well stocked, great amenities, the host was very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Shirley and John were absolutely amazing, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We traveled with a group of seven guys to do the bourbon trail. The movie room was perfect for kicking back and watching the derby, the new putting green is awesome and there was plenty of room to spread out when you needed some quiet time. We paid extra to have some meals prepared for us to make things easier and leave more room for hanging out. We felt at home the whole time and some great food, highly recommend. You can’t go wrong with this place for a family or big group. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely amazing! The home was clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Amy was fantastic—super responsive and always helpful whenever we had questions. She replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was beautiful, and we had a great time enjoying the amazing dock. We really had a blast using the kayaks provided. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun weekend with friends and family, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! some of the best scenic views in the state. The pictures don’t do the view of the palisades justice. One of the coolest rentals I’ve ever been to. We launched kayaks and had the fox river basically to our selves. We had a great experience

Susan was a wonderful host and her home was beautiful with a historical charm (and spotless). We had a party of 8 and it left us more than enough room for privacy and socializing. We enjoyed the small (and large) touches that made this a special and unique stay. We all enjoyed the train more than I expected and spent a late night playing family games in the dining room. The girls all enjoyed the decor for social media worthy pictures and it was fun for us to be able to get ready together in the large master bedroom and bathroom with the cutest dressing area. Prime location for distilleries and a nice break from the crowds after a day at Keeneland. We hope to return again and be able to use the outdoor space as we just ran out of time. It made for wonderful memories for everyone and I thank Susan for that opportunity and her great hospitality.

This place is amazing, beautiful views very quiet. Shelly has went above and beyond to be very hospitable. Went up for a weekend concert in Lexington and we loved the place so much it was hard to leave and do stuff. We would definitely stay at this beautiful place again without hesitation. Shelly was very helpful and responsive about everything.

Jeff’s place was perfect! Much more breath taking in person than the photos! Beds are soft, hot tub and tv outside were perfect! We will definitely be returning soon!

Great place and conveniently located!

This roomy apartment has character and was perfect for my one-week stay: it was close to my parents' house, convenient to downtown for restaurants and other things to do (glad to eat at Zim's Cafe again!), and close enough to Transylvania's campus that it was easy to get there and back for Alumni Weekend activities. The neighbors were quite friendly as well, with one even stopping to let me know that the street was going to be paved the next morning so I could move my car the night before.

Wonderful, clean Airbnb. Comfortable, more than one would expect with added little home essentials. Brook is very thoughtful in preparing a home away from home environment. The bed was firm, the kitchen was fully supplied and the living room was comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Brooke!!

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Brooke’s place was very comfortable and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive throughout our entire extended stay. We would happily stay here again when we come to Lexington.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

We stayed at Brandon’s place for two nights because we were seeing a concert at Kroger Field… Best decision ever!! We walked to and from the concert and got post-concert food from Naz’s Halal Food right down the street (phenomenal, must-try). The space was clean, fairly easy to find with the directions from Brandon, and extremely convenient for events at Kroger Field. This space is great for a quick trip and Brandon was very proactive in communicating with us. Highly recommend!!
