The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Herrliche zwei Tage auf dem Hausboot verbracht. Das Essen, die gesamte Organisation und das freundliche Personal waren hervorragend. Our stay at Vishnu’s place was great! We loved the calm environment of the farm. We could bike to the beach everyday and have nice local food around the property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

From the polished brick floors feeling delightful on my bare feet to the open balconies and kitchen, to waking up with an incredible view of the jungle birds and animals, we loved the balance between modern design and natural beauty. With Samjana’s internet booster, I was also able to work comfortably there. And we found delicious restaurants and friendly fruit & veg vendors at the junction within walking distance.
