Bienvenue dans mon atelier/studio-photo avec mes œuvres d'art. A Paris proche de tous commerces et transports. En famille ou pour travailler, l'espace est aménageable à votre convenance. Vous pourrez y séjourner ou l'utiliser comme bureau ou salle d'accueil (thérapeute, masseur, prod, coach...), deux entrées dont une sur rue. RDC et sousplex proche des métros Jourdain et Pyrenees, Père Lachaise, Buttes Chaumont, Belleville, restaurants et bars sympas du quartier. Expo: Sud-Ouest, très lumineux.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Nous y vivons depuis 6 ans.
