Petit havre de paix, refait à neuf, tout équipé, dans une rue commerçante entourée de bars cosy et proximité des métros Parmentier ( 3)Rue Saint Maur (3)et Ménilmontant (2) Pas ouvert aux locations avec enfants ni adolescents à cause d un escalier sans garde-corps.
