It was a cozy little place. Host was very responsive and the location was easy to get to anywhere in town. I definitely would stay here again.

We needed a dog friendly place for a Road America weekend. This was great. I walked the dog nearby and across the road to a beautiful lakefront neighborhood. Didn’t cook there but heated up takeout food. Cute backyard that was too wet for us to hang out in. Comfy beds and cool race memorabilia in unit.

My mom and I had a lovey stay at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different Airbnb via Elevate but the roof was being repaired and they thought it would be done by our arrival time but it wasn’t (not their fault) and they accommodated us immediately to this Airbnb. It was seamless and I was very impressed how they handled it all. I would definitely stay again when visiting my 96 year old grandmother in GB! The only thing I would note—this Airbnb does have someone living full time above the unit and they would wake me up every morning before the sun came up from walking around. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it’s just something to note! I would absolutely still stay here as I am an early bird and it didn’t bug me too much!

My daughter and I stayed here during her tour of Lawrence University, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is a lovely, cozy two-bedroom with soft beds and a comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks stocked in the fridge. Communication was excellent—we received helpful texts after booking, before arrival, before checkout, and even after our stay. The instructions were clear and included photos, which made everything easy. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Lawrence, with the museum and performing arts theater along the way. Since we’re not used to the cold, we ended up driving—just a quick 5-minute trip. It's also close to shopping like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Costco, which was super convenient. If my daughter decides to attend Lawrence, I would definitely stay here again.

This is my 3rd time staying at one of Marks properties and again it was top notch! Now when searching I only look for his listings as the hospitality is 100% perfect everytime . Thank you again

Had a wonderful stay during the NFL draft weekend. Host was very responsive and flexible. House was amazing, multiple entertainment areas and many beds. Was walking distance to the stadium and surrounding bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! As a family of six, we felt we had a truly inviting home to land each night as we were in town for an event. It was cozy and charming and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it was so neat to drive past all of those historic Neenah houses so close by. If we have more events in Neenah, we would definitely stay here again!

Nicole was very responsive. We needed an extra night & she responded right away & explained how to do that. She was very nice & was always available to answer any questions. The house was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable & cozy. The back yard was perfect to take the dogs out & landscaped nicely.

Their Oshkosh home was very clean and comfortable and just as described. The host was so considerate and allowed for us to have a flexible check in which was especially kind since we were traveling on a holiday with two infants who do not pack light! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Appleton’s Oldest House! Everything is exactly as described, well-appointed and incredibly well-stocked. Thomas and Laureen have truly thought of everything and are easily available to you should you need anything…though we didn’t because they really have thought of everything (and I’ve never said that about any other Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). The location is perfect if you’re just visiting Appleton or if you’re planning to visit Green Bay for a game (or the draft, like we were)! Will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area! :)

We had a cozy relaxing stay. This home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the big backyard, nature, comfortable bed, kitchen utensils and yummy snacks. Very clean and the most of all, a comfortable safe environment. Our family really had fun with all the activities. I hope we can stay again soon..& Such a wonderful host.Thanks so much!

From the very beginning, Jami went above and beyond. She kindly offered us early check-in and late checkout, even though our arrival time was quite unusual — we arrived around 2 AM, and she had left a generous amount of snacks and food for us, along with some lights on to make us feel welcome and comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, communication with Jami was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She surprised us with delicious homemade pastries — and what touched us the most was the beautiful blue and yellow ribbon she used, recognizing that we are Ukrainian. That small gesture meant the world to us. The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful — impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and everything thoughtfully prepared with great care. Thank you, Jami. We had a wonderful stay at the Bright Little Chute Condo! The home looked exactly like the photos. There was some misinformation in the communications with Evolve stating that there are bedroom lofts. The good news is that none of the bedrooms are lofts. There are three bedrooms, completely closed and private, which was what we were hoping for and matches the photos. The home is a split level, with the upper floor including a living room, kitchen, and king bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor has a fireplace and bed in an open office area at the bottom of the stairs, a laundry, a full bathroom, and two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Our family, including three kids, loved our stay here. The location is private, in a residential area. Restaurants in the surrounding areas were delicious. There is a landfill nearby. We stayed in the winter and that didn’t impact our stay. Thank you for hosting a most enjoyable stay for our family!

We loved how it was decorated and it had everything we needed even a wine bottle opener! Also it is right down the road from Road America. We will definitely be staying here again!
