This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It is offset from the road in a country atmosphere with beautiful views. Very clean, inviting, spacious for a large group or single family like ours, full of amenities, balcony and a great outdoor area to sit around a fire and relax. It has a large parking area for vehicles, ATV’s and trailers. Trails are within a few miles and are accessible via ATV’s from the home. Linda is an amazing host and truly cares about her guests. We will definitely be back!

Our annual retreat - friends from three states - was a blessing as always. The cabin was just great! Plenty of room, adequate supplies of towels and blankets. The big living room was excellent for gathering and talking or reading. The area around the cabin was rural feeling (most of us who meet each year live in the country) but close enough to Mena to enjoy the antique shops and other fun things to do. I highly recommend this cabin and the host. Our host stayed in touch without being intrusive so we never needed to feel like we were waiting or wondering about something we needed to know

Spent two days in the area visiting family, and Terry's place was perfect for our group of four. The space is identical to the photos and in a very peaceful location. Extremely clean and has everything you could need. Terry was very responsive and left helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Absolutely beautiful place. The description of “Granny and Poppas place” was perfect. It’s just like walking into your grandparents and having your every need met. Food in the kitchen. Wood for the fire pit. Absolutely lovely experience.

The house was quaint and well taken care of and fit our group just fine. The scenery was gorgeous and made it so serene! Loved the property. The kids especially loved all the deer activity in the yard early evening/early morning. Not crazy about 1 bathroom but we made do. Within a 1-2 mile distance from shops and great food. location was fantastic- out enough to get the naturey feel but close enough for the in town feel too. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed the stay even though it rained the whole time. The pellet grill on the back deck worked great. Watched movies and celebrated our granddaughters birthday. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and go to the lake.

The stay here was excellent. Very clean and lots to do within a short drive. Beautiful scenery and lots of trails to hike. We were very pleased and will definitely be staying again.

Ou stay was absolutely wonderful! The house provided the perfect space for our group of 7 people and 3 dogs comfortably. The spacious layout and beautiful landscaping made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor space was a highlight for us and our furry friends. There was plenty of room for the dogs to roam freely, and the landscaping was stunning. The views were breathtaking, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The owner, who lives next door, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He offered great suggestions for local activities and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we were a little over an hour away from several crystal mines, which quickly became the highlight of our trip. Each of us is eager to return!

Perfect getaway. Peaceful and close to many hiking, fishing, and floating areas. Highly recommend.

We had part of our family coming from Houston TX, some from NE AR and some from Arlington TN. It was a great halfway point for our TX relatives. We could not have asked for a better place to have this first of many, as we decided this would be an annual trip for us. We had ages from 73 to 5 years old, and EVERYONE had everything they possibly needed and plenty of options for entertaining every age. I really don't even have enough words to express how great this was for our family. Rosalie, even though she was fighting her own battle, made sure we were well taken care of and went above & beyond. I have read some reviews about the water, we are all originally from AR so we know how country water on a septic system is, there is always that sulfur smell in those systems and does not mean anything is wrong with the water. We are frequent Airbnb travelers so I always try to look for ways to improve,butI cannot even come up with a single negative point to bring up, it was completely AMAZING!!

Get place to stay was nice peaceful and was a great place to chill and listen to wildlife and the river.

Was a very peaceful weekend. Host was very friendly and responded very quick. Place was clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Steven’s house and 20 acres was a beautiful place to get away for a few days! My family enjoyed the stay and will be back!

Nice quiet place to relax but also near some great hiking and atv trails.

The Magnolia Cabin at Ouachita River Haven was incredible! The peaceful environment is just what our family was looking for. There is lots to do on the property, such as fishing, hiking, kayak and canoes, as well as exploring and checking out the owners animals. My kids loved Thomas the Turkey. It was nice that the owners live there in the property, once we needed something, although we had everything we needed. Great place!! Also, not too far of a drive to some great crystal mines and Lake Ouachita, about 20-30 minutes.

This place was absolutely PERFECT!! Very clean, smelled amazing, comfortable beds. There was plenty of coffee and coffee pods, creamer, sugar, spices in the cabinet. Lots of nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. Plenty of toilet paper and trash bags. I could go on and on. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place and will definitely be back.

The property was quiet and secluded - exactly what we were looking for! The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will definately return!

This place was just what we expected and more! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, comfy/cozy cabin. Literally everything is supplied, you don’t have to worry about anything but packing a bag and getting there. The host was very attentive and responded quickly if we had questions! This place is well worth it..did not disappoint! Will definitely book again when in the area!!

It was a great quick stay for us, but this place did the job wonderfully. The towel rack in the bathroom was very cumbersome so we placed it outside to make getting in/out of the shower much easier. We needed a better dishtowel for doing dishes. The only one available was thin. There were no ice trays, so we grabbed a few from the dollar store and left them behind for future renters. The bathroom fan had some pretty gross build-up that needed some attention. The area is beautiful. Love small town, rural areas. I'm sure the area is busy in the summer with campers with all of the surrounding lakes. Other than these very minor details, the place is cute and priced right. Very happy this was available at the last minute. Highly recommend.
