Built in 2024, this peaceful cabin carries over a century of family history, once a crown forest croft where my ancestors lived. I’ve promised my grandmother to preserve this retreat for future generations. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the hot tub, and experience Lapland’s untouched wilderness. Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

We’re a 10-minute drive from the city center with all its services and attractions, yet free of the fuss and light pollution – a prime spot for observing the Aurora Borealis and arctic nature.

If you love nature and silence, the right place for you and your family. On dark autumn and winter evenings if you are lucky you can spot northern lights directly form the yard. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a remote workstation and a spacious living room. Also, there is free parking for the guest in front of the cottage.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Winter Dream Suite – Luxury and Relaxation Near the City Center This high-quality and spotless apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a private sauna and a cozy balcony. The location is perfect: a peaceful setting ensures restful nights, yet the city center with its services and attractions is just a short walk away. Scandinavian style 2nd floor apartment has a large living room, alcove with queen size bed, sauna and furnished balcony. Fully equipped kitchen.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Kentura Guesthouse | Local | Authentic

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

Historical wooden log chalet build in traditional nordic style and modernized for best comfort. it provides complete privacy. situated by the Lake Perunkajärvi, approx. 40 km (40 mins) from the center of Rovaniemi and approx. 30 km (30 mins) from Rovaniemi Airport. Rowing boat is available free of charge. Also possible to rent two kayaks with extra charge. Ask for more information!
