Duddon Villa

Duddon Villa is a historical house on the shores of the Duddon Estaury. It has panoramic views of surrounding hills mountains and shoreline. Extensive gardens and spacious interior with games room and large dining room. sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms, 4 ensuite. The favourite room is the huge games room, including Billard table, with Karaoke and much more. Peace, tranquillity with panoramic views of the beach, fells, and mountains. We will allow one well-behaved dog. Hot tub now available.

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

You can park the car & not touch it until it’s time to leave for home at the end of your stay.

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

The Waterside Rooms

Luxury 4 star accommodation. Private entrance. King sized bed, your own sitting room, bed settee & designer shower room. The Waterside Suite is offered on a bed and breakfast basis. The price is for 2 people. 2 people can be accommodated on a double sofa bed in the sitting room (children 3 and under are free, over 3 there is an additional charge of £20per pppn) Caerlaverock Wildlife & Wetlands reserve 17 miles along the Dumfries and Galloway tourist route. Combe-n-Sea

A modern, open airy space set in a fabulous coastal location within easy driving distance from the Lakes. Haverigg is on the fringe of the Lakes, with Coniston being just a short drive away (approx 35 minutes). The property is close to Hodbarrow which is an RSPB Nature Reserve and it is also on the coast with some stunning dog friendly beaches to walk along. You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach.

With amazing views of Windermere from our decking, you could not be closer to the water. The lodge has a contemporary open plan design and can easily accommodate six adults plus space for an infant travel cot. Fallbarrow Lodge is located in a quiet area of the award winning Fallbarrow Park, just five minutes walk from Bowness on Windermere.
