North West Coast Highlands Cottage

Seaview is a traditional detached 3 bedroom cottage on the west coast of the Highlands. There's a stream running alongside with views of the rugged hillside to the right and the beach just across the road to the left. Views from the front of the cottage include the An Teallach mountain range. This cottage's location makes it the perfect base for a whole host of Highland activities from gentle relaxing walks and sea or fly fishing to outdoor pursuits like mountain biking and kayaking adventures!

Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). Gas central heating fitted - Attractive, 1 bedroomed (double or twin), comfy, semi detached, self catering cottage for 2 in the rural crofting township of Melvaig, 9 miles NW of Gairloch with seaviews to Skye and the Western Isles and just off the NC500. The property is for a minimum of 3 nights. Perfect base for relaxing. A few minutes to the shore and 30 mins walk along to peaceful beaches. Jetty nearby which you can drive down to and take your own kayaks there too.

This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

You will be very welcome at our ' wee house', situated in Polglass, Achiltibuie, at Tigh Uisdean Bed and Breakfast. We are situated on the beautiful Coigach peninsula in Wester Ross. The cottage is light and airy with stunning, panoramic views over the Summer Isles. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting room/ small kitchen area,utility room, bathroom with shower, bedrooms up a 'paddle' staircase. (check photo for suitability). Can accommodate 2 couples, more spacious for 2 people.
