I would highly recommend this accommodation. As is in the photos, beautiful outlook as soon as you enter. The walking trails around the area are perfect. The area is quiet and felt very safe as I traveled alone. The beds are very comfortable and two bathrooms were a plus. The apartment was spotless and very welcoming as everything you need was at hand. I will stay again as I have family near by and it’s in a perfect location to almost everything. I’d like to Thank Paul for his hospitality and kindness in assisting me when needed. You would find it hard to go past this unit if you want an easy access , quiet and very comfortable place to stay. I’ll be back for sure.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit bei Emily in Melbourne. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, super gelegen und äußerst praktisch. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und sehr willkommen gefühlt. Emily hat uns kühle Getränke und eine Milch nach Wahl im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt. Außerdem stand eine mit tollen Bohnen befüllte Kaffeemaschine für uns bereit. Auch für die Grundausstattung zum Kochen ist gesorgt. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gewürze, Öle ... Alle Eventualitäten wurden bedacht. Richtig spitze! Der zur Wohnung dazugehörige Parkplatz befindet sich in einem sauberen und sehr geräumigen Parkhaus, das direkt an die Wohnung angrenzt - sehr empfehlenswert! Die Umgebung der Wohnung, die Docks, lädt zum Erkunden ein und ist auch mehr als schön. Die Fotos der Wohnung entsprechen der Wahrheit - "in echt" ist es aber noch um einiges schöner! Danke für alles, Emily! :-)

We stayed here for eight fantastic weeks. We loved the place and were sad to leave. Alex replied really quickly and with clear instructions. The apartment was brilliant. Really clean, comfortable, great view and so close to everything. The gym and pool were also fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer but just a little too expensive for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Port Melbourne is a great area with lots to do and only a tram away from the city. Sakshee's place is strategically located near the beach which makes all the areas accessible. The place is clean and nice, communication is very good and very accommodating. The unit is a bit complex to get to with lots of doors to go through but Sakshee makes it easy with clear instructions. The unit is very private, cozy and quiet. Overall, worth every penny, I would go back there again when I go back to port Melbourne.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equiped with absolutely everything we needed. Location was great too. Lots of food & drink options with supermarket & bottle shops nearby. Easily accessible public transport but we also had a hire car so the car spaces were appreciated. Highly recommend!

As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

Mehria and Shahrooz's place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Their unit has everything for cook. I enjoyed cooking like I was living in Melbourne reality. Tram station has 3 nearby, also you can go to Southern Cross station only 10 minutes on foot. So it was really convenient to go anywhere. They are really kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay for a month. I highly recommend to stay this great place. Thanks, Mehria and Shahrooz.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

The place is cosy, clean and location is good. Tuyet is very accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out. Huge place and we love the kitchen and the dining area. Will book this place on our next visit. Thank you, Tuyet 😊

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Great Host, perfect for hosting large groups, plenty of privacy for group of couples. Spacious and clean for reasonable price in a big group.

Suvechha’s property is very well situated (right across from the beach) and comfortably furnished. It is very well equipped and has some delightful design elements. Suvechha is a caring and responsive host …. highly recommended!

My colleagues and I rented this house for a week while we were busy in Avalon. The location was great, allowing us to miss most of the heavy traffic coming from Melbourne to Avalon. There was ample space and Ingrid was very responsive to the small issue that came up. We would definitely rent this house again.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Thank you Kelvis for letting us stay ! The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Another lovely stay at Simons Docklands apartment. The location was perfect for us, wheelchair accessible and had everything we needed and more. Simon kindly let us check in early when our flight was changed, and prior to our arrival checked that internet speed was adequate for our streaming needs. I loved the small outdoor balcony and, as before when we stayed, there was beautiful fresh fruit provided. Highly recommend

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!
