Light-Filled Scandinavian Studio in Carlton North

A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Delightful self contained cottage

The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

The Garden Apartment

Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Cosy inner city loft with the comforts of home

Studio loft, fully self-contained, with ensuite, with a netgear mesh system for full wireless coverage. Also, a washing machine and kitchenette. It is a perfect nest for one. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

Westgarth. Location, location, location!

A relaxing living area with smart TV , WiFi and small kitchenette (water accessed via bathroom sink.) Comfortable double bed and small second room with an additional living area offering a king single bed for a second bedroom . Located in the heart of Westgarth 1 minute walking distance from public transport and to the wonderful Westgarth Cinema, cafes and nightlife. LGBTQ- friendly.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

Only 3km from Melbourne CBD with its own private entrance, this new & modern bungalow is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The Abbotsford Convent, Collingwood Children's Farm and Yarra River are close by with it's walking tracks, waterfall, public golf course, cafes and restaurants. The train station is 5 min walk away giving you access to Melbourne CBD & all sporting and cultural events. The choices are endless. We offer basic cooking ingredients, pod coffee & teas.

Delightful studio in Newport

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 20 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Black Rock Beach Escape - Pool, Beach, & Village!

A treasure in a fantastic location with great facilities - close to everything! This is an open plan unit with a seperate bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen that faces the pool and outdoor area. Seperated from the main house with private access and just 300m from the lovely Black Rock beach and 500m to black rock village restaurants, bars, and cafes. The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.

The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
