Melbourne: soggiorni in appartamento

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The apartment was very clean, cosy and well maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, it felt warm and welcoming for our family with two young children. Our older child really enjoyed the stay, and while our 8-month-old baby was crawling around and the space inside the apartment was a bit limited for her, we found the large and clean lounge area downstairs to be perfect. There was also a huge multi-purpose room, which were both very quiet and clean — a great space for a little one to explore safely. The building itself was well-maintained, and the pool was clean, much better than some of the negative reviews we had seen on Google. The front desk staff weren’t overly warm but were still polite and the check-in process was clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would happily recommend Jeremy’s place

Great apartment in a good location, close to Lygon St with all its restaurants and to Rathdowne Village with lovely cafes and walkable to Melbourne CBD. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for our 3 day stay for a family wedding. The host provided great helpful instructions prior to arrival.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

Angel Was an amazing host and her place is wonderful and in a great location. Private for relaxing and also close to entertainment also. Good for kids and would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Very walkable to everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and magical - particularly at night. The accommodation had everything you’d need.

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

Very nice little apartment. Glenn is an awesome host. Quickly responded to a small issue, and came to take care of it right away.

Had another great stay at North Melbourne. Jane is very easy to communicate with about check in and I'm sure she would be very responsive if you needed anything throughout your stay. An absolute highlight of this apartment is the location... a neighbourhood full of character, just minutes away from a great variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs and an easy tram ride into the CBD.

Thank you Kelvis for letting us stay ! The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Fabulous accommodation, quality furnishings, very comfortable bed, lots of extras provided, too many to mention but included on street parking. 25a Foam Street is in a great location, close to all the local amenities, beach and stunning park, all within walking distance. Amy is a super friendly host, very responsive and attentive to any questions.

The location is excellent and very central and walkable to best restaurants around the apartment. The host was very friendly and thoughtful to offer late checkout if have a late flight to catch but we had to go to the airport the morning. That was a good gesture. The amenities in bathrooms were excellent there were shampoo, conditioner , face wash and even dry shampoo. We had a lovely stay at the apartment and highly recommended. Highly recommended.

Vi is a great host and I love staying in his apartment when I am visiting Glen Waverley. This is my 3rd stay and we will be back again.

Super convenient and walkable location with lots of great food and public transport options. Felt very spacious for our family of four and nice home base for our week in Melbourne. Very responsive and kind hosts!

Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Upon entering the apartment, the views were stunning. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, just as described, and the gift baskets in each bedroom were a lovely touch. This place has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Deb and Rob are amazing hosts. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
