We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This was exactly what we were looking for — peaceful, secluded, and beautifully designed. The setting was stunning, surrounded by tall trees and nature in every direction. You truly feel like you’re miles away from everything, which made it incredibly easy to disconnect and recharge. The tiny house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches like the cozy linens, well-equipped kitchen, and the outdoor seating area — perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Our hosts were fantastic — communication was clear, check-in was seamless, and everything matched the listing exactly (if not better). If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature without sacrificing comfort, Serenity Abode is a perfect choice.

I stayed at Kerry’s place over my wedding weekend and it was perfect! Kerry was so great at communicating and offered areas where I should get photos. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place we stayed at which was nice and private and had an amazing view. Fiona was very pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our needs, everything about the place was awesome and we would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our week in Melbourne. Close to the park, shops and other amenities (including the tram). We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that Jennifer went the extra mile in providing a porta cot and high chair so we didn’t have to bring these from home. Highly recommended.

Quite possibly our best air bnb stay ever. And we’ve stayed at a lot. It was my first time staying in a Melbourne terrace house. It was amazing!!!! Honestly never been to a place that matched the photos so perfectly. If not better. We stayed for 6 nights so we wanted more than just a hotel room. Would stay again tomorrow if we could. So close to south Melbourne markets which you can go to for breaky, lunch and get supplies for dinner if you want. Across from the tram stop too. Kara was an amazing host too. Went above and beyond for us. The shower pressure was so wonderful too! So good worthy of a comment haha. Highly recommend. Don’t second guess your decision to book this beautiful home. Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Well located one bedroom apartment with outdoor terrace area. Nicely decorated with an arts theme. Louise left breakfast items for us which was very helpful. Easy to walk into the city and to restaurants in Carlton and shops and cafes in Fitzroy.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

This studio apartment helps you enjoy St Kilda as if you had your own beautiful studio. So quick to the tram line, lovely neighbourhood, being Melbourne - tons of restaurants, bars and little local nooks. Kristina was so helpful and considerate of the guests, being responsive and proactive in getting the studio ready. If you are in St Kilda to enjoy the nature; such a short walk to St Kilda Botanic Gardens, walks along the pier or to enjoy the architecture; able to explore some of the beautiful homes and old theatres/buildings etc in streets as you explore. The destination was lovely, the building is private as you escape the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Kristina had some great recommendations (both on the app and physically in person, helping figure out transport to main attractions e.g MCG). Cannot recommend this place enough, our short stay was not long enough but made it so much better.

The apartment was extremely comfortable - beautifully furnished and very warm with plenty of heating. It’s a great location in a heritage historical site, thanks so much for hosting us! My daughter says it’s the best airbnb she’s ever visited!

We arrived early in the day and where in contact with a lovely lady Jan who let us in and showed us everything. There were supplies milk etc already there for use which was great. Great location, just down the road from amenities, restaurants, supermarket, cafes etc. Tram right along the main street for easy transportation into the CBD. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Northcote!!!! Thanks Jessica, Christine & Jan

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

We had a wonderful time here - the place is exquisite. The decor was beautifully styled and we particularly loved the fireplace and giant bathtub! Every amenity we needed was there waiting for us and it was just a short walk down to Olinda Village and beautiful parklands. This felt like a luxury version of our own home and we hope to come back again next year. Thank you for having us!

Kumari & Paul are fabulous hosts who look after us really well. The accommodation in their home is spotless, spacious, comfortable, cosy and colourful. You can walk to the beautiful beach at Half Moon Bay and the Black Rock restaurants and cafes. So many reasons to stay and why we return here!

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!

I had an incredible stay at Darren’s Airbnb, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Barry and Parinya. Darren ensured all my requirements were met in advance, making the booking process seamless. Barry and Parinya went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Barry took exceptional care in getting me accustomed to the house, explaining all details about the space and kitchen. He was always available to help and even drove me around the city, helping me set up essentials and explore. What truly stood out was Barry’s generosity—he even took me for house inspections to help me find a long-term stay. When my Airbnb stay ended, he accommodated me in his attic room until my apartment was ready, which was a huge help. Barry and Parinya’s kindness, hospitality, and warmth made my stay unforgettable. I’m grateful for the bond we built and look forward to staying in touch. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a welcoming and homely experience!

I came for one night and it was simply great! The hosts were really kind and they responded very quick. And I am not lying when I say that the bed might be the best bed I have ever slept in. And I cannot emphasise enough how nice the hosts were 10/10 would recommend!
