A great stay at Trang's place! The location is a serviced apartment building, so it comes with a reception desk and security 24/7. There is also a 7-eleven right at the lobby. Check-in was smooth and seamless where we just had to tell the reception our unit no. and let them take a photo of our passport. We managed to get an early check-in too! Apartment was generally clean and well-equipped. There were no bugs spotted at all unlike what previous reviews might have mentioned. Overall a great and positive stay and a convenient location!

The house is spacious and well-equipped, with three comfortable bedrooms, making it perfect for families or a group of friends. All necessary amenities were provided, and everything was in great condition. The host was incredibly prompt and responsive to all my queries, ensuring the house was in perfect shape for my staycation. They even provided helpful information to support my travel plans, which I truly appreciated. This place is a great value for the money paid. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip!

I stayed here to transition from a long summer vacation in the US back to Vietnam. Thien and Kim are the nicest people you could ever meet. Quiet, clean, respectful, funny, generous, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts for my situation. I highly recommend them and their room.

I stayed at the Common Inn for 7 weeks from March to May, and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect, the building and rooms are stylish and clean, tasty breakfast is included every morning and the staff are superb! I would 100% choose them again when staying in Ho Chi Minh.

The property was AMAZING! The pictures did not do its justice! The maid was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience overall. Will def come back if we have the chance!
